Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred unless otherwise stated. In any instance where a transfer is permitted, there may be an administration charge of £25 plus VAT to ensure that all information on our systems is updated and communication with the venue about changes is made.
2. If the conference is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. If the conference is cancelled, a refund may be issued.
3. Late changes, where permitted, to details cannot be accepted unless made at least 7 days before the conference (22nd July 2025 is therefore the final date for any changes).  In any instance where late changes are requested, there may be an administration charge of £25 plus VAT.
4. Each attendee requires a valid ticket. Attendees must complete menu requirements and other related administration no later than 10 days prior to the conference – please ensure that emails from ‘events@conexustuition.co.uk’ are responded to.  Communication about menu choices, allergies and intolerances etc will be sent out around 8 to 10 weeks prior to the conference.
5. Please ensure that your contact details (email and phone) are provided and are accurate.  We cannot take responsibility for any communications that are not received by you as a result of incorrect information being provided at the point of purchase.
6. Attendees must follow health and safety protocols and follow/adhere to instructions from organisers, venue staff, or authorities.
7. Attendees may appear in photos or recordings of the conference for promotional or other purposes.
8. The organisers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by the conference, venue, or any other party.
9. Attendees who behave in a disorderly manner or fail to comply with the terms and conditions may be refused admission or ejected.
10. By buying a ticket, the attendee agrees to these terms and conditions.
